He was right to predict the last earthquake targeting a nuclear power station. He indicated that Japan had been threatened with earthquakes targeting nuclear power plants in 2010, and has demonstrated that HAARP could have been responsible for earlier attacks carried out.
If the NWO are attacking Japan with HAARP, and they are about to do it all again, you wonder what the consequences might be. Fulford has a few suggestions for that too. The situation is sounding more and more like Kubrick's Dr Strangelove with every new development....just crazy.
